Why do video clips sometimes stop or pause?

What are the minimum bandwidth requirements needed to watch video on Dolans.com?

Dolans.com video requires a high-speed Internet connection for optimal user experience. Broadband connections should be at least 768 kbps to view Dolans on Demand Video.
