Broker Sales Commission

If you want maximum service and attention from your real estate broker, you may want to think twice before trying to negotiate their sales commission. Think of it from the broker's point of view: He has only a finite number of "selling" hours during the day.

A broker isn't going to concentrate on selling your home for a cut-rate commission when there's a listing book full of homes (especially these days!) he can sell for full commission.
