Book Rates

If your movers do the packing, it will add about 30% to your bill, so we suggest you pack as much as you can yourself. However, ask the moving company if they insure only the items they pack. This is a policy with most movers. So they will have to pack your delicate things.
You can pack some of the heavy things, such as fireplace pieces and books. Ask for a "book rate," which is generally lower than that of other boxes.
