Does anyone have any knowledge of a refinancing program that will allow refinancing for a couple what has filed for bankruptcy? Most companies have told me that you have to wait 2 years to apply for refinancing but we would love to take advantage of the low rates now, that would help us with our recovery. Our mortgage rate is curently at 6%.
