I think it's time to bring back public flogging. 

Forget spending cuts and tax increases…I have a MUCH better way to pay down our trillion-dollar deficit…bring back public flogging.

That’s right…put people in a public stockade and sell the angry mob tomatoes to throw at them!

The money would come in faster than we could count it!

Daria tells me my ideas might be a bit over the top, but we both agree that a little public shame and humiliation are in order for those who exhibit obnoxious, often reprehensible and sometimes flat-out illegal behavior.

So today we announce our third annual Dolans' Hall of Shame. We're naming names and pointing fingers at those who deserve to be taken to task for their actions so far in 2011.
