I was laid-off 2years and 2 month ago from my job. At the time I had $79,000. in the company 401k plan. I had to roll it over so I went to a financial advisor and he has me in a varible annunity that earns 3%. I just found out that all of this money is taxable. I would like to know if I could move this to a Roth IRA.
