Red Flag #6: You Pay Too Many Late and Penalty Fees

Speaking of fees, your bank's not the only one charging too many of them. Have you ever been late on a credit card payment? That's a $25 (or more) penalty... not to mention the additional finance charge.

And how about your mortgage payment? That'll be $100 (at least) for being late!

Perhaps the most unnecessary of unnecessary late fees are those you pay at the video store, library and such.
