Although Obama initially said that he would bring U.S. troops home from Iraq, he flip-flopped during the campaign and took a "wait-and-see" attitude depending on how things look after his inauguration. We believe that Iran, not Iraq, will be his first priority vis-á-vis the war on terror come January.
