Area #2: A New Stimulus Package

A second fiscal stimulus package will most likely become Obama's first priority.

If a grand enough package of rebates, infrastructure spending, food stamps, etc., can't be passed in this lame-duck Congress with Bush still wielding a veto pen, expect it to be first on President Obama's agenda in late January.
