It seems fitting that Mike Holmgren's last home game at Qwest Field should pit him against Brett Favre. Alexander is a big back who can wear out a defense, but what makes him dangerous is his ability to cut back and bounce to the outside for big gains. I'm going to say something flippant - Roethlisberger is getting payback for the Super Bowl against the Seahawks. That aside, it looks as though Ben Roethlisberger might have a problem with taking "no" for an answer, because the Pittsburgh Steelers QB is up on his second accusation of sexual assault. After the Andrea McNulty debacle, another woman has accused Big Ben of taking liberties - and he's hired Ed Garland, an attorney the average man couldn't afford a consult from, even with several payday loans. It's just an accusation, so there's nothing concrete, but this looks bad. Apparently, nobody tells these fools in pads that right and wrong still apply.

Forget HD and surround sound! On Super Bowl Sunday, the biggest expense in the Dolan household will be the ingredients for making a super-sized batch of Ken's favorite chili. We heard from many of you how much you enjoyed Daria's meatloaf recipe, so here is her just-as-famous chili recipe:
1 tablespoon salad oil
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup diced green pepper
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 - 16 oz. cans of tomatoes, or 4 cups chopped, peeled fresh tomatoes
1/4 to 1/3 cup of chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
2 - 16 oz. or 17 oz. cans of drained kidney beans
About one and a half hours before serving, heat salad oil in a 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add and cook ground beef, onions, green pepper and garlic until onion is tender (about 10 minutes), stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes and their liquid, chili powder and salt. Heat to boiling.
Stir in kidney beans; heat.
Serve in soup bowls.
We hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do. It's become a tradition during our family's annual Super Bowl Sunday get together.
